The Challenge
The previous website, built on Divi, had become outdated and difficult to manage. Users struggled to find relevant events, and the ED311 team had to recreate registration pages and forms from scratch for each new conference. There was also no clear strategy for promoting sponsorships or related products across event pages.

Redesigned the Events Platform for Easier Discovery
Rebuilt the events site from the ground up with a modern, intuitive layout and added a dynamic filter bar for browsing by event type.
This makes it easy for users to find and register for conferences, online workshops, and webinars, creating a more seamless experience for attendees.
Enhanced Sponsorship and Cross-Selling Opportunities
Redesigned the sponsorship page with clear CTAs for partnership inquiries and added a sidebar on event pages to display sponsor banners and promote related products. This creates new revenue opportunities and increases visibility for sponsors.
Created a Custom Group Pricing Calculator
Developed a calculator that automatically applies group discounts based on the number of registrants. This simplifies the registration process for schools and districts, encourages bulk sign-ups, and reduces manual administrative work.
Developed a Reusable Conference Page Template
Built a flexible conference page template that ED311 can duplicate for future events. Each template includes structured sections for schedules, speakers, and registration links, ensuring consistent design and faster event setup.
